The time has come when beach walks in the evening are the best way to cool down. The hot, humid New Zealand summer is here!
And at the same time, the beaches, verges and just about every little patch of land at the moment is bursting with Agapanthus. These gorgeous flowers litter the North Island in the summer and for me are fast becoming a symbol of our summer.
This photo was taken last week at the end of a dog walk on Orewa Beach.
